“Under Section 13B , the Food Act 1983 does not allow for the preparation or sales of any mixed foods. If convicted, a fine of not more than RM20,000 or imprisonment for a period of not more than 5 years or both can be imposed,” they explained.They ultimately ordered all premises that carried out the activity of selling Pei Pa Koa ice cream to immediately stop for the purpose of safety for consumers and the general public.
