KKD: Malaysia needs another 12k cyber security experts to tackle cyber attacks

The Ministry of Communications and Digital (KKD) has claimed that our country is still lacking around 12000 cyber security experts in various fields to tackle c

yber attacks. Its Minister, Fahmi Fadzil further elaborated that this is one of the challenges faced by the government in its national digitalisation agenda.

Hence, KKD through CyberSecurity Malaysia is planning to implement several initiatives to shore up the industry against cyber attacks. These include bringing Malaysians who are experts in the field to work in our country through TalentCorp.
