LONDON (Reuters) - Apple has abused its dominant position by charging app developers an unfair 30% commission through its App Store, costing British consumers up to 1.5 billion pounds ($1.8 billion), a London tribunal heard on Monday.

PETALING JAYA: KK Super Mart has taken legal action against one of its food suppliers after a sandwich produced by the latter was found to have misused a Malaysian halal certificate.

“Additionally, KK Super Mart has instructed its legal team David Gurupatham & Koay to issue a letter of demand, dated Jan 10, 2025, to Shake And Bake Cafe Sdn Bhd concerning this issue,” the company said. In its statement, KK Super Mart said the sandwich supplier, Shake And Bake Cafe Sdn Bhd, had provided a halal certificate for the chicken ham and cheese layers for reference.
