Kit Siang wants Jan 20 Parliament sitting on floods extended to discuss MACC

THE special Dewan Rakyat sitting for members of Parliament to discuss the recent floods should be extended to include the scandal engulfing the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission, veteran lawmaker Lim Kit Siang said. The MACC is facing “its worst crisis of confidence” with the controversy over chief commissioner Azam Baki’s past ownership of shares, the Iskandar Puteri MP from DAP said.
