PUTRAJAYA: Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia mengesahkan produk gula-gula ginseng dari Malaysia iaitu ‘Kingu Ginseng Candy’ dikesan mengandungi racun berjadual, tadalafil yang dijual di plaform dalam talian, Lazada.
“Sehubungan itu, pihak Lazada telah diarahkan untuk memadam kandungan iklan dan penjualan produk tersebut serta merta,” katanya dalam kenyataan hari ini. Katanya, sejak tahun 2018 sehingga kini, daripada 1,575 sampel produk yang diambil kerana disyaki mengandungi racun berjadual, 32 sampel didapati mengandungi racun berjadual yang tidak dibenarkan di bawah PeraturanPeraturan Makanan 1985.“Menurut Seksyen 13, Akta Makanan 1983, mana-mana orang yang menyediakan atau menjual apa-apa makanan yang ada dalam atau padanya apa-apa bahan yang beracun, merosakkan atau selainnya memudaratkan kesihatan adalah melakukan suatu kesalahan,” katanya.
