The Agong appreciates the work done by the Foreign Ministry to bring home 14,015 Malaysians from 70 foreign countries, says the comptroller of the royal household. – May 7, 2020.

YANG di-Pertuan Agong Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah has expressed his gratitude to the Foreign Ministry, especially embassy staff and the ministry’s Covid-19 team, for coming to the aid of Malaysians stranded overseas due to the pandemic. Comptroller of the Royal Household Ahmad Fadil Shamsuddin said the king’s appreciation was expressed to Foreign Minister Hishammuddin Hussein in a videoconference yesterday.
