Yang di-Pertuan Agong Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah has granted an audience to Economic Affairs Minister Azmin Ali at Istana Negara in Kuala Lumpur.Thanking Sultan Abdullah for the audience, he said: “I pledge to adhere to the Tuanku's advice and guidance.”
The minister is currently embroiled in a sex scandal, which he claims is part of a nefarious plot to ruin his political career. The minister said the monarch's visit has provided the impetus to enhance bilateral relations and economic cooperation between the two nations. Last week, unknown individuals leaked several sex clips via Whatsapp groups in which journalists and PKR members were added.
