According to legal circles on December 19, the Seoul Central District Prosecutors’ Office Criminal Division 5 indicted Kim Sae Ron without detention on December 16 on charges of violating the Road Traffic Act . A passenger in their 20s also in the vehicle with Kim Sae Ron at the time is also reported to have been handed over to a trial without detention under suspicions of aiding and abetting drunk driving.
