“I don’t even know where we left off,” Kardashian says in a confessional kicking off Thursday’s teaser, to which the producer clarifies she was “still in a relationship” with Davidson last season.The footage then cuts to Kim, 42, walking into a room with her sister Khloé Kardashian as her voiceover says “things change really quickly.”The Skims founder admits that she’s “not OK” in the emotional footage.“You OK?” Khloé, 38, asks her sibling as she sits down.
Kim replies with a whispered “no” before leaning her head back and beginning to cry in her black hoodie and matching sweats. “Not OK,” she adds while holding her hands to her face to wipe away tears. As she continues to sob, Khloé goes in for a hug.“I’m having such a hard day today,” Kim continues, sobbing even harder into Khloé’s shoulder.
