"I kept that off for three years and then I got married, and I was still able to keep it up but when I fell pregnant with my son, it was a complicated pregnancy and focusing on what I was eating wasn't a priority." While she admits it was slower the final time, she showed that even though weight loss journeys have ups and downs you can always get yourself back on track."It sounds cliché, but I feel 10 years younger again," the mum-of-two said. "I have so much energy. Even for the smallest things, you have more energy because you're not in that bad headspace of, 'oh God, I have to start losing weight'. It's not this bad thing in the back of your mind.
