The keyboard comes with pre-lubricated Gateron Jupiter switches in red, brown, or yellow options, but you can swap them out for any compatible 3-pin or 5-pin MX mechanical switches to find your perfect keystroke feel. These linear switches are factory-lubricated for a smoother typing feel and boast a lifespan of up to 80 million keystrokes.
The V8 Max utilizes a gasket mount design to reduce noise and vibration. This, along with the included sound-absorbing foam, creates a quieter typing experience.
