PUTRAJAYA: Task Force Projek Perumahan Swasta Sakit dan Terbengkalai masih mengesan dan memantau 118 projek lewat dan dikategorikan sakit di negara ini.
“Sepanjang Julai sahaja, sebanyak 44 projek berjaya dipulihkan membabitkan GDV sebanyak RM3.14 bilion,” katanya di sini, semalam. Katanya, pihaknya mendapati, ada pemaju perumahan meletakkan banyak projek perumahan dalam satu akaun HDA. “Masalah timbul apabila satu projek perumahan bermasalah dan ia akan berjangkit kepada projek lain yang berada dalam satu HDA yang sama,” katanya.
