The 24-year-old quarterback knows the city quite well as he played for the University of Pittsburgh before being selected 20th overall by the Steelers in this year’s NFL Draft.Pickett has impressed throughout the preseason , throwing for 261 yards, three touchdowns, and zero interceptions in three games. He’s competing against veterans Mason Rudolph and Mitch Trubisky for the starting job.
