Kamala Harris berjaya mengumpulkan sebanyak AS$500 juta (RM2.19 bilion) hasil daripada penderma untuk kempen Pilihan Raya Presiden.

CHICAGO: Naib Presiden Amerika Syarikat , Kamala Harris berjaya mengumpulkan sebanyak AS$500 juta hasil daripada penderma yang menyalurkan dana untuk kempen Pilihan Raya Presiden AS November ini.

Empat sumber yang terlibat dalam usaha pengumpulan dana tersebut memberitahu Reuters, wang berkenaan berjaya dikumpul hanya dalam tempoh empat minggu sejak beliau dicalonkan Presiden, Joe Biden pada 21 Julai lalu. Pada minggu pertama selepas pencalonan, Harris mengumpul sebanyak AS$200 juta , sekali gus mengukuhkan kedudukannya sebagai calon Presiden Parti Demokrat.
