The Kelantan Social Welfare Department (JKM) has distributed flood aid kits across Malaysia, featuring 160 forward bases and 17 mini depots. Acting director Md Yani Mat Zin revealed that these preparations are part of the early measures taken in anticipation of the Northeast Monsoon (MTL).
