Kelantan male civil servants must wear songkok on Thursdays

KELANTAN has made it compulsory for its 5,000 male civil servants to wear the songkok to work every Thursday, effective immediately. The directive, issued by the state secretary on December 19, is signed by Deputy State Secretary Tengku Azmi Tengku Jaafar.
