Republican Candidate Keith Blackwood beat out his opponent Buzz Jordan.He has served as chief assistant district attorney under Ashley Rich.“It’s been an honor and privilege to work with Ashley Rich for the last 14 years. She’s been an interval part of my career, we have the same values when it comes to being tough on crime when it comes to what needs to be done to keep the people of Mobile County safe,” Blackwood said.
“I do have some ideas administratively within the office to try to address the backlogging, faster than we already are.
