UK prime minister accuses Moscow of violating UN charter, and says it should not be present at meeting

A credible and irreversible path towards a viable Palestinian state,” he said. “Alongside a safe and secure state of Israel. This is the only way to provide security and justice for both Israelis and Palestinians.”
