Pihak polis turut mengklasifikasikan semula kehilangan kanak-kanak berusia enam tahun itu di bawah Seksyen 365 Kanun Keseksaan atas kesalahan menculik.
Kanak-kanak berusia enam tahun, Albertine Leo Jia Hui, telah dilaporkan hilang sejak Sabtu lalu.
“Kontijen polis Johor telah mengesahkan pengelasan semula laporan polis berkenaan kehilangan seorang kanak-kanak perempuan berusia enam tahun di kawasan Eco Galleria, Taman Botani, Iskandar Puteri sekitar 7.15pm pada 20 Julai,” kata Kumar. Jelas Kumar, mereka terdiri daripada dua lelaki dan seorang wanita yang berusia antara 28 dan 55 tahun. Ketiga-tiga individu akan direman hari ini di Mahkamah Majistret Johor Bahru.
