SEOUL: The number of South Koreans without a job or seeking a job marked an all-time high in the first half of this year, government data showed on Sunday (July 21).

The lawyer informed the court that a second representation had been submitted to the Attorney General’s Chambers seeking to drop the charges against Muhammad Sanusi, last week.
