KCIC has increased Whoosh trips from the previous 40 trips per day in February, to 52 trips per day to serve the 2024 Eid homecoming travelers.
KCIC General Manager Corporate Secretary, Eva Chairunisa stated that KCIC has set the Eid transportation period from 3 - 18 April 2024. During this period KCIC will operate 40 regular Whoosh trips and 12 additional trips.She added that with the increase in travel schedules, the time between the Whoosh during peak hours has reached up to 25 minutes.
According to her, based on observations to date, the people's favorite date is starting from April 5. Meanwhile, the addition of the Whoosh trips schedule was also balanced by the addition of the Feeder Train trip schedule by KAI to Bandung and Cimahi.
