, “Any violation of the Code does not disappear because he is now on another federal court.” Judges in both the DC Court of Appeals and the 10th Circuit in Colorado have now ruled that the complaints against Kavanaugh are"serious", i.e. requiring adjudication on their merits.Chief Justice Roberts'Circuit “to exercise the powers of a judicial council with respect to the identified complaints.” Now the 10th Circuit has concluded it has no such powers.
