(Reuters) - The U.S. government on Monday sued Adobe, accusing the maker of Photoshop and Acrobat of harming consumers by enrolling them in its most lucrative subscription plans without clearly disclosing important terms.
KAJANG : Police are hunting down four masked and armed men for their alleged involvement in a gold shop robbery at a shopping mall in Kajang Monday evening.
In the 3.15pm incident, four suspects were seen wearing security guard clothes, masks and dark gloves.in a statement on Monday said the suspects then entered the premises, broke the storage glass where the gold is kept using a hammer and stole the gold. According to him, during the incident, the suspect was believed to have brought two pistols and a rifle barrel into the premises.
"The suspect fired one shot at the wall of the premises, before fleeing through the building’s parking lot."The police are still investigating the closed circuit camera footage inside the building and questioning several witnesses to assist the investigation," he said.added that the case is being investigated under Section 3 of the Firearms Act 1971 for the use of firearms which if convicted, the suspects could face the death penalty although there were no injuries or deaths.
