K-pop girl group 2NE1’s leader CL posted on Instagram Stories a clip of herself with Hadid, 29. They were at a dinner the model hosted that day for music stars and fashion industry heavyweights to celebrate the pop-up.Hadid, who can be seen holding a glass of champagne, asked CL how to say “cheers” in Korean, before the pair toasted the camera and said “jjan” together.
As part of 2NE1, CL will soon kick off the overseas leg of the quartet’s Welcome Back tour. It commemorates the group’s 15th anniversary and marks their first headlining concert tour in a decade. Hadid launched Guest In Residence, which specialises in luxury knitwear, in 2022. At the Seoul pop-up opening, she wore a brown cashmere coat from the brand, debuting a new design.
