JP Jones rushed for 100 yards on four carries with a TD and Peyton Mirabal had two rushes for 30 yards and a touchdown.Defensively, Jones, Landon Davenport and Peyton Bryan all had five tackles.
Opp 25, Straughn 6: Will Jackson rushed for 138 yards and two touchdowns and the Opp defense didn’t allow Straughn a first down in the game as the Bobcats won the junior varsity contest 25-6 over the Tigers. Jackson scored on runs of 4 and 12 yards. Savon Barnes added 26 yards on two carries. Justin Baldwin threw for 141 yards and two touchdowns on 7-of-13 passing with Brandyn Washington earning three catches for 75 yards with two TDs.
