: Seorang juruteknik yang rakaman video perbuatan dia memukul isterinya menjadi tular di media sosial bulan lepas, dihadapkan ke Mahkamah Majistret di sini hari ini atas dakwaan menggunakan kekerasan jenayah terhadap isterinya.
Dia didakwa melakukan perbuatan itu keatas isterinya yang berumur 38 tahun di sebuah hotel pada 9.50 pagi, 24 Mei lepas, dan bagi kesalahan itu dia boleh dihukum di bawah Seksyen 352A Kanun Keseksaan yang memperuntukkan hukuman penjara hingga enam bulan atau denda hingga RM2,000 atau kedua-duanya, jika sabit kesalahan.
Namun peguam dari Yayasan Bantuan Guaman Kebangsaan A Krishnaveni yang mewakili Hasbullah memohon jaminan dikurangkan kepada RM2,500 dengan alasan anak guamnya itu yang bekerja di Syarikat Air Selangor merupakan seorang yang sangat bertanggungjawab.
