stock dropped nearly 5% in the extended session Tuesday after the tech company beat Wall Street expectations for its first quarter but said that ongoing parts shortages and supply-chain “challenges” continued to hit its business. Juniper earned $85.4 million, or 26 cents a share, in the quarter, compared with $56 million, or 17 cents a share, in the year-ago quarter. Adjusted for one-time items, the company earned 48 cents a share. Revenue rose 17% to $1.37 billion.
