ST. LOUIS — For more than a decade, Kevin Johnson has sat on death row for killing Kirkwood Police Sgt. William McEntee.On Friday, a federal court judge denied Johnson’s 19-year-old daughter Khorry Ramey’s request to watch the execution.Ramey had Michelle Smith with Missourians for Alternatives to the Death Penalty read a statement for her, claiming this decision will cause her an immense amount of pain.
In the statement Smith read for Ramey, Ramey says not only did she want to be there as a witness, but it was also what her dad wanted.
