JPMorgan CFO Marianne Lake to step down, head bank's consumer-lending platform
JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s JPM, +2.88% CFO Marianne Lake is scheduled to step down as the bank's top financial officer after about seven years in the role, effective May 1, the bank said in an internal memo Wednesday afternoon. She will become head of all of the company's consumer-lending operations. The 50-year-old executive will be replaced as CFO by Jennifer Piepszak, JPMorgan's current CEO of card services.
