It said in a statement today that action will be taken on owners of offending companies or vehicles under Section 57 of Act 715 for the suspected offence of – specifically, failing to give high priority to other road users. If convicted, offenders can be fined between RM1,000 and RM500,000 under said section, and their vehicle can be impounded under Section 80 of Act 715 and be subject to forfeiture.on commercial vehicle drivers or owners failing to comply with regulations under the Road Transport Act 1987 , the Commercial Vehicle Licensing Board Act 1987 and the Land Public Transport Act 2010 .While most dream of the future, Jonathan Tan dreams of the past, although he's never been there.
