Jonathan Majors and his attorney have stated that there is a video that proves he did not strike his ex-girlfriend as she alleges.
has observed documents from Majors’ attorney, Priya Chaudhry, which were filed on April 19. They state that the man who drove Majors and his ex-girlfriend the night of the alleged assault witnessed her assaulting Majors. Not only that, but the actor reportedly says that the driver will testify that he never hit the alleged victim “in any way at any time, or even raised his voice.
Chaudhry also says in the document that there are hours of security video footage of Majors’ ex-girlfriend that show her clubbing and using her right hand afterwards, which she claimed was injured. The attorney mentions that none of the texts sent from the alleged victim to Majors afterwards accuse him of injuring her or “mention any discomfort from alleged injuries.
