PETALING JAYA: Jonatan Christie won his first world tour title in 11 months after ruling his home tournament, the Indonesia Masters, in Jakarta yesterday.

World No. 3 Jonatan was in total command as he outplayed compatriot Chico Aura 21-15, 21-13 in 44 minutes.

The victory yesterday is likely to push Jonatan up to world No. 2, replacing compatriot Anthony Ginting next week.
