Jollibots, fast-food chain Jollibee's customer service robot, is now operational in some branches, most recently in SM Seaside City in Cebu. stores in Visayas and Mindanao are upping their game in terms of providing better service to its customers through the introduction of “Jollibots,” or Jollibee robot servers.
Many netizens in the area were delighted by the robots, saying that it will greatly help on-the-ground crews in the store to provide better service to its customers. Jollibee’s president, Ferns Yu Jr., said in a report that their goal is to continuously provide top-notch service to their customers, thus the company will continue to “innovate our services to deliver a leveled-up customer experience.”
The Jollibots are part of the company’s signature brand of service “Alagang Jollibee” that aims to provide quality service and at the same time efficiency in their operations.
