Johor plans to build new plants to cut reliance on Singapore water

JOHOR plans to build several new water treatment plants in the next three to four years to better manage its resources and reduce reliance on buying treated water from Singapore, reportsJohor Menteri Besar Osman Sapian said the state has forwarded several other proposals to Putrajaya.
