KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 14 — Pasir Gudang MP Hassan Abdul Karim today asked Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim to address the recent discharge not amounting to an acquittal controversy in the Dewan Rakyat.
“Regarding the DNAA case, the AG is responsible for it. And it is ideal that the select committee summon the past and present AGs for an explanation. Hassan then responded that he was not “throwing Anwar under the bus” after an unseen member of the Opposition bloc asked whether Anwar's explanation on the issue could be trusted.
