Horrifying CCTV footage has surfaced from a private care centre in Taman Mas, Kulai, Johor, where a young girl can be seen being beaten with a wooden ruler by
a man, while other children watched on in horror.
The man, on the other hand, can be seen scolding the girl while 6 other children stood around and watched with fearful expressions. Though it turns out that this beating incident happened before a completely separate issue, the alleged rape of a 17-year-old girl at the same care centre. The accused, who has been arrested, is the same man in the video.
