JOHOR BARU: Improving the service at the two Customs, Immigration and Quarantine (CIQ) complexes in the state will help improve Johor and Malaysia’s image to the world, says Johor Mentri Besar Datuk Onn Hafiz Ghazi.
He said this after receiving a visit from Immigration Department director-general Datuk Ruslin Jusoh at his official residence in Saujana here.
Ruslin had earlier visited BSI in the wee hours of the morning to inspect its operations during peak hours. “The other issues discussed were studying the addition of X-ray scanners for bus passengers and a more efficient management system.
