A Johore businessman was sent to gallows by the High Court for trafficking more than 35kg of syabu.
TAWAU: .Judge Dr Lim Hock Leng made the decision against Chew Choon Yan, 34, after ruling that the prosecution had proven its case beyond reasonable doubt against Chew, Thursday. In making the decision, the court said upon consideration of all evidences adduced, the court found that the prosecution had successfully proven its case beyond reasonable doubt in respect of the essential elements of the charge.
