Johor boosts checks on riverside palm oil mills

THE Johor government will step up checks on palm oil mills located along rivers to ensure waste disposal is done according to procedure. State Health, Environment and Agriculture Committee chairman Dr Sahruddin Jamal said the directive was given following the ammonia contamination in Sg Sayong on Wednesday, which led to theEffective July 2018, access to full reports will only be available with a subscription.
