Johnny announced the sad news of Michael's passing on social media
Johnny Logan has said he is 'heartbroken' after the recent death of his older brother Michael Sherrard.
Johnny revealed that Michael passed away exactly six years to the day after their brother Eamon died in 2017.Michael, 71, lived in Manchester and had served as Johnny’s guitarist and musical director since the 1980s. He was a father of three and a grandfather of one. He wrote: "It’s with a broken heart that I have to announce the passing of my brother Micheal Sherrard. He passed away in the company of his three beautiful children. I was with him the day before. He is survived by his children Chloe, Ellie and Nathaniel, his grandson Henry, our sister Fiona, our cousin Miggie, myself and our extended family."There’s a hole in our hearts now that will never heal. I wish I could say more but right now words fail me.
Johnny said: “Liam lived for about three weeks, but he was baptised. In the teachings at that time, it meant he was an angel.
