Jogger finds man's body on Rancho Bernardo hiking trail [Breaking]
A woman jogging on a Rancho Bernardo trail came across a man’s body on Friday morning, San Diego police said.
The woman told police she was about a half-mile along a trail off Highland Valley Road east of Pomerado Road when she found a man down, Officer David O’Brien said. She ran back to retrieve her cell phone and called 911, just before 8:20 a.m. When she returned to the man about two minutes later, she told the dispatcher he had no pulse.
Medics arrived but were unable to revive him. O’Brien said the man, who appeared to be in his 40s, showed no signs of trauma.Advertisement
