US President Joe Biden has backed a warrant to arrest Russian President Vladimir Putin over alleged war crimes in Ukraine.
Mr Biden told reporters he believed his Russian counterpart had “clearly” committed war crimes and the International Criminal Court’s decision on the warrant was justified.
