He noted that the aim is for at least two-thirds of the total prospects at the PPA, which has a population of 3,000 individuals, to secure jobs that help them earn a living. “Moreover, since the implementation of this programme, the rate of re-entry of prospects into the PPA has decreased. Earlier, 63 OBB prospects were released, with 42 of them securing employment, while 12 went to halfway houses, and nine others returned to their families.
