PETALING JAYA: Singles shuttler Goh Jin Wei pulled off her biggest career win by upstaging P.V. Sindhu in the Sudirman Cup.

The 23-year-old came from behind to beat the former world champion 14-21, 21-10, 22-20 in 53 minutes to hand Malaysia the winning point in the Group C tie against India on Monday at the Olympic Gymnasium Centre in Suzhou, China. Soon Huat-Shevon defeated Dhruv Kapila-Ashwini Ponnappa 21-16, 21-17 in the opening game while Zii Jia tamed K. Srikanth 21-16, 21-11.
