FUGITIVE businessman Low Taek Jho’s legal team is engaged in a “constructive and open dialogue” with the Department Justice on a pending case in the United States linked to 1Malaysia Development Berhad . Low, better known as Jho Low, is facing charges in the eastern district of New York for conspiring to launder billions of dollars embezzled from 1MDB and for conspiring to violate the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
