Kota Kinabalu: Jesselton Properties Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Jesselton Group, on Tuesday received the Occupancy Certification (OC) for Jesselton Twin Towers, the tallest building in Borneo at 56 storeys, from Mayor Datuk Seri Dr Sabin Samitah, putting Sabah on the regional property map.
Kota Kinabalu: Jesselton Properties Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Jesselton Group, on Tuesday received the Occupancy Certification for Jesselton Twin Towers, the tallest building in Borneo at 56 storeys, from Mayor Datuk Seri Dr Sabin Samitah, putting Sabah on the regional property map.
It is surrounded by amenities such as specialist hospitals, top private schools, shopping and recreation establishments and the 18-hole Sabah Golf and Country Club. He said almost 80 per cent of the units have been taken up with around 15 per cent of foreign buyers, mainly from China, Hong Kong, South Korea, Brunei and other neighbouring countries.Jesselton Twin Towers has appointed Knight Frank Malaysia, a leading international property management company with extensive experience in managing residential and commercial properties, as exclusive property manager.
