British TV presenter Jeremy Clarkson says he has apologised to Harry and Meghan over a controversial column in The Sun newspaper.

Mr Clarkson says he emailed the couple on Christmas Day to say sorry for the comments, in which he wrote about excrement being thrown at a naked Meghan – describing his language as

“disgraceful”.Mr Clarkson wrote on Instagram, “I am really sorry. All the way from the balls of my feet to the follicles on my head. This is me putting my hands up. It’s a mea culpa with bells on.”
