KOTA KINABALU: Sabah STAR president Datuk Dr Jeffrey Kitingan will continue to act as the opposition leader in the state legislative assembly, even though Sungai Sibuga assemblyman Tan Sri Musa Aman has turned up.

Sabah STAR president Datuk Dr Jeffrey Kitingan will continue to act as the opposition leader in the state legislative assembly, even though Sungai Sibuga assemblyman Tan Sri Musa Aman has turned up.

Musa was appointed the Opposition chief, but was absent for 11 months after being ousted from office on May 11 last year. However, all Sabah Umno assemblymen, except for Musa, left the party to join various parties including Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia, leaving Umno with only one representative.
