KOTA KINABALU: The question of who is the opposition leader in the state assembly cropped up yesterday when former chief minister Tan Sri Musa Aman unexpectedly turned up.

Kiulu PBS assemblyman Datuk Joniston Bangkuai said the speaker would clarify who the opposition leader in the house was.
