An uncrewed rocket from Jeff Bezos' Blue Origin failed just over a minute after launch
The Federal Aviation Administration, or FAA, is investigating the incident, which it called a"mishap" in a statement sent to Insider.
"The capsule landed safely and the booster impacted within the designated hazard area. No injuries or public property damage have been reported," said the FAA. "Before the New Shepard vehicle can return to flight, the FAA will determine whether any system, process, or procedure related to the mishap affected public safety.
